چکیده

In the practical application of cryogenic systems, presence thermo acoustic oscillation can cause a series adverse consequences such as pressure fluctuations, thermal leakage, structural damage, and so on. To ensure stable operation system, variable cross-section control pipe fittings are introduced, response surface analysis method is used to optimize parameter design fittings. A simulations have been conducted introduced conduct variance on simulation results, obtain regression model system ratio, then analyse interaction between parameters. The shows that correlation coefficient adjustment both close 1.0, signal noise ratio high, fitting degree good. prediction error for within?10, distribution residual meets random normal distribution, which predict performance within range. diameter length has no significant impact state, soin design, priority should be given location diameter. This work will provide basis determining optimal structure size oscillation-free piping system.
